Village at Nauset Green

Beautiful apartments but terrible management. Upper management picks favorites among applicants and it has nothing to do with worthiness. I stead the woman managing this place uses her own biases to rate applications. She will go out of her way to help certain "townies" but let an old poor white guy try applying and nada. My rental history is perfect but she didn't like that my credit was below 700. Why would you need affordable housing opportunities if you had perfect credit. It doesn't matter if you complain to her superior, although her boss Tom no longer works for this company. Yet this discrimination is allowed to continue with her acting like she owns the buildings that were built with taxpayer subsidies!

Wish that I could have given this complex a better review. Unfortunately they discriminate against a friend of mine and her family due to the fact that they have a section 8 voucher. The family requested a reasonable accommodation and even spoke with a gentleman that was supposed to insure that the manager there would not treat people with discriminatory intent. Instead of following the law he elected to lie and cover up for his staff. In fact there are professors living in one of the units but they do everything possible to avoid renting to low income families unless that family is assisted by a community action agency. The problem lies with the site manager and her inability to make reasonable accommodations when requested. Additionally they are beautiful units yet the turnover there is

We have lived here for almost a year and are pleased with this well kept community. Quick response and accommodations from management. Very responsive... decent neighbors... lovely community leaders who plan community activities: potluck dinners, kids activities (during the holidays), game nights, just getting together (if that is your thing)… A nice mixture of elderly/retired, the disabled, working professionals, children... just a very active and vibrant community!
