Our experience with Cape Associates was perfect. They replaced our kitchen cabinet doors, the sink, countertops and hardware quickly and beautifully, with high quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship at a great price. The timing was just as promised. Communication was excellent. Special thanks to Lyndsay, Nancy and Sam for a wonderful transaction and a fabulous result. We couldn’t be happier.

They are the best. They did a wonderful job building the house and later with various tasks and upkeep including a chimney rebuild. They do high end projects but are also great for the modest homeowner. I’m using them now for a small window project and Dave H was there the next day getting specs.

Working with the Team at Cape Associates was a fantastic experience. We had mini-splits installed and the work was outstanding--it was an impeccable installation, everything neatly laid out with care and attention to placement of condensers and conduit. We recently had your in-house electrician Dan come to our house to complete some minor tasks (replace a faulty arc-fault breaker, replace an old outdoor receptacle, trace some abandoned circuits from subpanel). Dealing with Dan was a pleasure from the walk-through to the completion of the work. He "got it" right away, he and Mariella got the quote back to us quickly and they scheduled the work promptly. Cape Associates built my parent's home in 1989. 32 years later, they are ready to sell and one of the sliding doors wasn't opening and the lock appeared stuck. First of all, when I called about the issue, they were extremely kind and polite on the phone and very responsive. They followed up via phone and email and sent a lovely gentleman by the name of Mark out to the house who was precisely on time. It was a super quick fix and Mark took care of everything with a smile. The fact this company stood behind their product 32 years later and were so kind and helpful just really stands out to me.
