Just received an appraisal from "Friendly Appraisal" and was completely dissatisfied with the effort to accurately appraise the property. None of the comparables were accurate. The property being appraised is on an acre of land and new construction, close to lake Michigan. Friendly Appraisal's comparables all 1/2 acre properties and smaller sqft except for one property. I don't believe this company does there due diligence to accurately compare properties.
