Village at Indigo Lakes Apartments

I lived there for 2 years. Excellent experience. It is a quiet place. Good customer service. The studio is spacious and comfortable and affordable. Conveniently located. I'll recommend this place to anybody that has a need for a place to live including my family and friends.

My husband and I were having a home built and needed an apt. as our current home sold quicker than we expected. We only needed the apt. for a short term, but we were told we had to rent it for 6 months, so we did. As it turned out, we only needed it for 2 1/2 months, however we continued to honor our lease and make the payments each month on time. The management had told us they would try to rent the apt. but that never happened. They also told us not to bother to clean the apt. as they would have to clean it anyway. We paid each month through our agreement in April. When it came time for them to return our security deposit, they deducted money for cleaning the apt. I know this sounds petty, however after doing the right thing by paying them each month, one would think they could have been

I live at Village of Indigo Lakes at this moment. I have lived here for 3 years. I have never had any problems with anything. I love the experience, because everybody that I have encountered are respectful and polite. When I as them for something they do it automatically. I would recommend this apartment complex area ,and I have all ready told all my friends about this place. Anybody that disagrees with my statement must not know what respect is all about.

I wish there was an option for no stars. This apartment complex has a terrible bug problem and is poorly managed. The staff is very off setting and is never there. I will say that a few of the rentals have been updated and look very nice but what is the point when you have bugs crawling around everywhere.

The staff and location is fabulous. I have stayed here years ago and will ge back in March. Awesome people.
