Village at Heritage Place

Contacted the company regarding whether they provide furnished apartments(they do not) since they provider short term leases(6 month minimum). Luna refused to answer the question till I provided more information, that was irrelevant because I needed a furnished apartment. Luna could have saved us BOTH time had they answered my only question initially.

I give the 4 stars. I only been here 6 months, it's quiet, just don't like the parking situation. I feel the tenants should at least have a marking somewhere saying which parking space is there's. Miss Candence is such a nice person, she's always there to help with problems you have. 5 stars to her.

Day of move in keys did not work the people never cleaned the unit. All the appliances was not in the unit. So didn’t move in till the following week was never giving back any money for it not being ready.Then the first night started seeing roaches everywhere tried spraying did absolutely nothing the unit is infested with roaches the exterminator came in to spray and we was told “its not that bad” this was only a week in the air stoped working and they wanted us to pay 2 months worth of rent to be able to move out so this was all a bad experience for it being my first time on my own

Beautiful place to live. I been here since midway of this year. They will communicate with you in regards to changes, updates or things that need to be tightened up on (warnings) with all residents. Very clean & quiet neighborhood. & everybody stays to themselves. Whenever there’s an issue within the apartment, they go ahead & get on it. Candace, Bruce & the other staff have been amazing. & they do great promotion deals for move in. If it’s affordable for you, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I moved in February, and although I have some minor issues the team her was amazing!! Had all my issues took care of in no time!! And I absolutely love the manager of the apartment complex CANDACE! She is sweet and caring for all her people!
