What a great place to call home! The amenities are wonderful and the connection opportunities are numerous. Every detail has been walked out with excellence! Sierra, Ashanti and Carlos have been consummate professionals, whether making you feel at home, being knowledgeable and helpful with details or quickly taking care of any issues that come up!

Very lovely experience renting here at the Carolinians in Wilson NC. Sierra and Ashanti are awemazing and made my transition very easy.

The property is beautiful! Sierra and Ashanti has been very Professional and helpful with all the details and the many questions that I have asked. Carlos is so awesome as well he definitely makes sure everything is running smoothly in your apartment.

Sierra was EXTREMELY professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She showed me every inch of the breathtaking property with enthusiasm and exhilarating energy that made me want to move in tomorrow. TEN if Google would let me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just left The Carolinian Apartments in Wilson, North Carolina, and when I tell you Ashanti and Sierra gave me the tour and the experience of a lifetime… I mean that. And I’m not easily impressed because I am a property manager, so I have been on more tours than a church usher on Easter Sunday. 😭 This community is still under development, but let me tell you right now, they are building this place like they sat down in a meeting and said, “Let’s create peace.” Like… I was literally looking for a place to escape my normal everyday life, even though I work in property management.
