Spencer was so helpful with the entire house buying process! It took me longer than I thought it would to find a house and he was so patient with me and finding the house that was perfect for me. Spencer went above and beyond in every aspect of selling our old home and buying our new home. He never took more than 3 minutes to respond to a text or call and was always on top of everything, even when met with a setback early on of a buyer backing out. Our house was under contract in the first week, the buyer backed out and then we were back under contract a week later. Very knowledgeable, incredible communication and most importantly, got the job done!
