Apartment Management Consultants Is the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal it. The manager, employees and regional manager have horrible communication. I moved out in September and to this date I have no received my deposit back. I didn’t receive any documentation as to why they were keeping my deposit until December. That’s the last I heard from them. I can’t speak for the new company, but I moved out because the old one never even bothered to provide me with a renewal notice and they never answered the phone or had answers in person. They just blamed their system. They had 3 new managers within a small timeframe and all 3 were terrible. I now have to take these people to court when they could have just sent me the deposit back like I’ve asking for months.

Do not move here! There is currently 8 empty units, new record. why? Because there’s no maintenance, they don’t make repairs. Units have been sitting empty for months; and those of us who pay rent have to wait weeks for someone to come make a repair. Rent keeps going up, but they refuse to change carpets, repair appliances etc.There’s a $20 trash fee! Read your contract. Everyone is moving out, rent goes up $200 every year. There’s no leasing office here. There’s dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere. They want you to pay $2300 and management is terrible. If you move here, check your apartment because maintenance sucks! Nobody ever answers the phone at one point when I tried calling i would be transferred to a property in Boulder. There’s no email in the resident portal to reach out to the leasing office you have to search and search for a email from months ago to reply to that emailing hoping it will go to the current manager, and it’s not like you can stop by the leasing office because there isn’t one onsite. when I went to the sister property (where I originally picked up my keys 3 years ago) no one could help me there and they were extremely rude. I haven’t had access to the pool since I’ve moved in I’ve asked multiple times and finally gave up. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s gone completely downhill. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Rent has increased twice in the past 2 years. New owners and management are completely unresponsive to any kind of request. My AC has been leaking refrigerant since LAST SUMMER and has yet to be fixed. The property manager Mariela has gone TWO WHOLE WEEKS without responding to voicemails, phone calls, and emails. Their leasing team reached out to resign my lease the week my grandfather died, and even though I let them know what was going on and told them I would resign by the end of the week because I was attending a funeral, they continued to call and email me all week. This was in February, but they had to reach out to renew AGAIN in May because it turned out they never actually renewed my lease…
