Village 2 Apartments

I do not recommend this place at all, I lived here for almost 5 years. year one was good but then everything from there was downhill. Only nice & decent person in the office is Kathy, but the manager Teri is not a nice person. Maintenance is overall a joke that I reported what looked like water damage above my shower the solution spackle over it but you touch it and the ceiling would feel mushy thankfully it never actually broke apart in the time I was there. My unit had multi draft spots, no installation in the walls so during winter would not stay warm for to long & heat would kick on, during summer time was worse as cost more for AC to run so never was a consistent temp in the unit, dealt with a ant issue & ended up having to deal with it myself as they sent someone think twice & they c

My apartment along with others kept flooding. In almost two years my apartment flooded 5 times. The real issue is i have to dispute a charge on my consumer report because they are charging me for the carpet. When i moved in the master bedroom u can tell it was water damage near the sink already. The manager acknowledged through email i should not have been charged but they will not reimburse without some type of legal action against them. I would not trust this complex.

Do not apply here if you dont have the perfect credit score and i make 3xs the rent in one check and was denied. The rental office didn't offer any options super disappointed

Me and my three children moved here from jersey with my husband Kevin King. We thought that it would be better until we got moved under some people who was very noisey and had no respect for the other neighbors. They baby was throwing things over the balcony onto our property. We had to deal with all the loudness over our heads and they was not very cleanly. They flooded our house from they apartment upstairs and then the maintance men messed up a pipe in the heater room and flooded the house again which messed up our apartment livingroom rug and my sons room and left him with scaring and he had to go to hospital and dermatologist specialist for this problem. On top of that the carpet was already three yrs old when we moved in. Now they put this on his credit and messed up for him to get a

Pathetic management (Kathy is great though), pathetic services, pathetic apartments. I urge you not to consider these apartments rather stay in nearby neighborhood apartments but not Salem Village or Village two.
