Villa Vista Apartments

It’s like a little oasis in the middle of Barstow. Rented here for almost two years. Be a good tenant and there’ll be no issues-management was always kind and respectful. Besides the parking lot needing a little work (space is limited and rough patches), everything else seemed up to date and you can’t beat it for the price! Thank you Villa Vista for the best stay; we miss it!

Villa Vista apartments is the best apartment complex in Barstow! I lived there for over a year and loved it. It was a quiet complex with a responsive management and maintenance team. I always felt safe there. Denise (the manager) is the best! I highly recommend Villa Vista if you want a quiet place to come home to after work.

My husband and I lived at Villa Vista for almost 6 years. Denise, the manager, runs this complex well. All of her staff are pleasant and hard workers. They care about the tenants and make sure they are taken care of. Maintenance was done in a timely manner and the grounds always looked well kept. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short term or long term housing in Barstow.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can say this is the best apartment complex Barstow has to offer. The apartments are perfectly sized and affordable, the staff is terrific and will go out their way to help you in any shape or form and they are constantly upgrading the grounds and improving the quality of life of the residents. In the one year I’ve lived here the laundry rooms have been upgraded, and gas grills have been installed for all tenants to use. Shoutout to Denise for being an amazing manager.

Manager keeps our community clean and nice and quiet. No roaches! I have lived here for 7 years. Barbecue pit swimming pool and wash houses. Very nice. Kitchens are small, though.
