Flea infestation in my apartment and management showed zero urgency to deal with it. I reported the issue and was met with delays, poor communication, and absolutely no sympathy for what tenants are dealing with. Fleas are a serious problem, yet it felt like no one cared enough to actually fix it in a timely manner. Extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing management.

They will rent you an apartment full of fleas and do absolutely nothing to fix the issue! My daughter can’t even stay in her unit because the fleas keep biting her! They won’t move her units, won’t compensate even though she can’t stay there, and make her wait weeks for yet another failed pest treatment. Do not rent here you will get an unsafe, unsanitary and uninhabitable unit and they will not fix it!

Please tell me how my issue was resolved? Half the padding was removed under my living room carpeting after the leak. It has not been replaced. And nothing was done to repair the water leak issue from living room sliding glass door from the last rain.

Listen to the reviews. They just waste your time. My husband and I needed a place to stay on the 25th of this month. I applied on the 10th, and they waited until last night to decline my application. Okay, fine. I don’t care about being declined, we are having some issues with credit. Understandable decline. What pissed me off, was the fact that prior to applying - this complex was very good with communication. They answered every phone call my husband and I made, between a two day time period. The kicker? You pay a $200 “holding fee” for whichever unit you pick. They say after 48 hours - all fees are non refundable. The lady on the phone assured us that if we were declined, the money would return. Fine. The thing is though, as soon as they had my money for the application and deposit fees

**RAVE**RAVE** I wanted to wait a week after our move-in to ensure we gave an accurate review and honest opinion of this place. Our move in process was seamless. We rented this property, sight unseen as we came from TX and work we on the Fort. The application process was super simple is done on-line. The Property Manager, Ms. Victoria was quite attentive and very open in all communications. From the time we completed the application process to move-in was less that a week. Upon move-in, there were some issues with our apartment but the maintenance team was on it and expedient in responding to the the issues and repairs we had.
