New Desert Vista Apartments

I wish I could give 100 Stars! Huge Rave to New Desert Vista Team!! I actually lived here several years ago under different management and it’s completely different! We are new tenants now and had so many questions and concerns and Lupita and Jeremy answered and addressed everything. So helpful so kind! Always there for big or small questions, very accommodating, so informative and most of all so helpful and polite ! We weren’t too sure at first based on previous management but they definitely sold us they are awesome! And it’s so nice to have a management team that is on top of things, communicates and handles everything! Looking forward to being their tenants ! I've lived here for almost two years now and have been really happy. The office is always very polite and accommodating whenever I've had concerns or questions. They do a really great job of keeping up the grounds cleanliness and landscaping. There's plenty of washing machines and dryers, with the added convenience of using a card for payment instead of carrying around quarters. Wifi is included which is awesome, and it's always strong. Also plenty of parking and friendly neighbors, at least in my building. And any maintenance requests I've ever had were always checked and fixed same day I called them in. We've never had any bug problems. I think I've only ever had to call in like two really minor issues which is pretty good for two years. Overall it's really quiet and comfortable living h

We just moved in on the end of June. The place looked nice , clean and quiet place to live. We found a few minor damaged things in the apartment unit and we let the manager, Lupita knew. She was very polite and helpful. She made a note of minor damaged things and she also arranged someone to fix plumbing right away. The thing that I hated is the deposit is too high. Jeremy is another manager. He is an ok guy.

Best apartments in the area great staff members they are always on top of things neighbors very friendly office stuff is very nice they do donuts 🍩 & coffee ☕️ once a month for tenants ☺️

Great management very helpful it's quiet over here when I did a walk threw in the apartment everything was clean and new I love being here the AC works great
