Villa Victoria apts

Stayed with them for a year long lease. Very great place for people on a budget. The office ladies are very sweet and helpful. Process is not difficult at all, and the maintenance guys all work very hard. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for all bills paid in Waco, TX!

Wow, I have called the office numerous times to ask about 1 bedroom apartments and you know what...no answer. They never answer their phone. So today I walked down there in 96 degrees weather and rang the bell 4 times. No answer. Then I went to the store and then came back. A woman was sitting outside around the corner, so I asked her if they were ever in the office. She told me they were at lunch...at 3:30 in the afternoon. I said still? She just shrugged and looked away to ignore me. Then I went back to the office and this time I knocked. 4 times. Again no answer. What is the deal here? I also noticed that the main door to the office has been blocked by a table and a 2x4 screwed on across the door. That makes 3 times I have gone by there with no results. Frustrating as hell.

Everyone's experience is different 1st property management excellent 2nd was ok until code enforcement assistance for repairs was ordered. Claudio and Leo are helpful maintenance guys and despite everything Anna is a good manager. Maybe get out the office and visit your tenants would improve how people are having to live there instead of listening to rumors of relatives of office staff that are envious and jealous stalkers.

This place started out okay but at the end it started getting bad Roach infested bad cats everywhere electric problems told management didn't do anything thing about April was my last month to stay here not renewing my lease try paying have on my rent because I am behind they let one man stay for 10 months without paying anything and I think that sucks don't move here roaches will take over

Like the price, all bills paid, internet and cable included. Just moved in and if you go over $80 of electricity you pay the difference. New owners bought these apartments 6 to 9 month's ago and are renovating all of them. It's not bad for starting from the bottom and building your credit up and yes maintenance and staff are very nice. Have to see how it goes.
