Bend at New Road

I absolutely love living here and I’m sad my lease is coming to end , but I have to move because my family is growing. We had such a great time here with management and neighbors. The dog park shared fun times and the pool was relaxing with fun times around neighbors and friends. The office provides great snacks and delicious coffee in the mornings to help get a good start on the day ! I’d recommend to live here to anyone !

The Bend has a very responsive team. They are polite and cooperative and take fast action whenever there is a concern. Clean, manicured lawns and quiet and respectful neighbors. If you have a pet, this is the place -- very pet friendly with responsible pet owners.

super sweet and helpful office staff. maintenance is fast and easy to work with. would love it even more if they had wood floors but other than that the apartment itself is very nice and space. not overpriced for what they have to offer unlike most complexes now.

Michaela was an absolute doll, I came in pretty close to closing time this passed Saturday, and she still treated me amazingly. Didn’t rush me, wasn’t short with me, she had every right to be because she’s about to be off of work! But omg the units are beautiful, she answered all my questions and gave me a full tour, thoroughly enjoyed myself. Having her at the front is a no brainer and I would definitely consider giving her a raise due to the fact that she’s so good at her job! I hope to be a resident here soon 🤞

They did a good job at fixing my dishwasher however it was a little frustrating how long it took them to even start my request and then I had to call every week or so to see what was going on. I was having to reach out to follow up. It would’ve been nice if someone could’ve reached out to me to say hey this is what’s going on, etc. I understand that it takes a while for parts to come in, but the communication was lacking. I feel like if I wouldn’t have initiated any of the follow up calls, the dishwasher would probably still be non-working. But they did fix it once they got the part and I am happy with that, usually it’s a pretty quick turnaround time. Not sure why it was more delayed than usual?
