She was extremely patient and truly listened to what we wanted, presented several options, and then helped us customize a home specifically to meet our needs. From our perspective, it has been easy! Working with Tilson Homes Waco has been a wonderful experience. After a quick phone call to for basic questions we were assigned to Lauren from the Waco office as our sales consultant. She truly went above and beyond working with us for months as we finalized our plans to build our forever home. The process was so easy and seamless. Great experience thus far! I never knew all the small details that go into planning and designing a home but Mariah with Tilson Waco office has been amazing. She truly does make you feel like you are her only client. From our design appointment to the stakeout and now finally our slab is poured and framing is going up and it’s all documented through their Tilson app! Building with Tilson in Waco has been a great experience! Mariah, our sales consultant, had great communication and answered all of our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Tilson to everyone. Building your home, on your land is a process where my expectations didn't quite line up. The finished product is amazing, better than expected. Are there any issues, yes, but Tilson has addressed ALL of them during the Contruction and after. They came out today to fix the last couple of things left to do.
