Jennifer was really helpful. She showed us a few apartments and took her time explaining everything. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process, which made things a lot easier for us. We’re really happy living here. The building is always very clean, and the front desk staff is consistently, friendly, and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place.

I’m counting down the days until I can leave this place. It’s been a nightmare. If you value peaceful mornings, don’t move here. The landscaping crew starts with extremely loud equipment at 7:30 a.m. every single day, and management showed no empathy — they simply said there’s nothing they can do.

Please look as all recent reviews are horrible! Joanna left and Sailly is the manager now for the past 8 months, nothing but PROBLEMS. Worst “luxury building” I have ever resided in!!! I own homes and apartments and needed this one for school reasons. I work for a Luxury company in Miami Design District and understand luxury standards. I work for Craig Robins and if he only knew. We have a corner unit over looking the Laguna on the 4th floor. This building has had multiple break ins. They attempted to steal our car in Nov, we got it fixed and 12 hours after bringing it back, it was stolen. 15 cars have been stolen out of this “secure parking garage” in the past 6 months and management does not care! If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Be prepared that when you move into your new apartment, you will be scammed out of money, and when you move out, you’ll be hit with a huge fee—even if you leave the place in excellent condition. I was fined $620, and it looked like a typical scam! They look you straight in the eye, knowing they’re charging you for nothing, but you have to pay because that’s how they run their business. Horrible office and everyone who works there. It could have been a great place if these people didn’t scam those who decide to live here. Avoid this place!

i came here to look at the property for prospective living, i only parked 10-15 minutes to show my partner their dog park, i was fined 59 dollars for a 10-15 stay, when i appealed it they denied it because they said i didn't pay WELL DUH, PAY BU METER IS PER HOUR NOT PER MIN why would i pay for a 10 minute stay ???? they are so strict i can only imagine living here how horrible it is .
