I’ve been working with Warren for over 5 years now and honestly, he’s one of the very few lenders who actually delivers exactly what he says. Professional, direct, and efficient — no wasted time, no unnecessary back-and-forth. When he says a deal will close, it closes. Simple as that. A lot of lenders take applications, make promises, then things drag or fall apart. Warren doesn’t “try” to close deals — he closes them. That reliability is rare in this business, and it’s the reason I’ve kept coming back. Definitely someone you want in your corner if you value speed, clarity, and results.

Warren lacks the ability to pick the phone up. He is rude and arrogant. He responds to emails but doesn’t answer the questions asked. He also says he doesn’t have time to read long emails but how can you communicate with someone who won’t pick up the phone for a 2 min call? Go elsewhere. I am sure he will lie and blame me but I have all the receipts. I have been in the business for over a decade and never have I had someone refuse to have a 2 min phone call on 5 different occasions at that. So apparently this review struck a nerve he not only is trying to defame me but also my amazing broker. Please see one of his many threats trying to force me to remove this review. He is clearly now trying to defame us but as I mentioned I have all the receipts. Stay away from him. And even funnier
