My stay at the The Gold Nest was amazing! The room was clean, and comfortable. It had all the necessities needed. The best part is that the beach and boardwalk are two blocks away. There is a variety of restaurants and bars, live bands at the boardwalk stage playing dance music. I highly recommend staying at this property!

I highly recommend Segura Association Management. I worked closely with Nicolas on a recent deal, and his professionalism made a huge difference in a complex transaction. They understand the Miami Beach market and what it takes to get a closing done. Great experience working with them!

Nicolas was incredibly accommodating, helping us secure lodging last-minute and very late at night. He was responsive over text and made sure we had everything we needed. The suite was clean, spacious, cute, and a minute's walk from the water. Beautiful space managed by lovely folks, would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The unit was very clean and as described on the website. The property manager was attentive and prompt to respond to our calls.

I echo the sentiments of the previous post. I also live on NE 53rd Court in Coral Ridge Isles, and the weekend residents of this home basically ruined the weekend for the rest of the homeowners on this street. Shame on this management company (which obviously doesn't manage their tenants) and I wonder if the property owners are aware of the disruption and destruction that these types of vacation renters cause. To them, I say good luck keeping up with all the expensive updates that you continually have to make on this property due to the ineptitude of this "management" company!
