Center Court Apartments

If you’re considering on moving here don’t! The place is a mess everything is falling apart I mean just drive past and you will see it. Poles are falling from the balcony’s the paint job on the outside of the building is horrible. The place looks old and run down. Roaches are inside the apartments as long as other creatures!!!. This place is infested. The inside of the apartment is so outdated this place needs to be shutdown and closed for good. Kids are smoking weed everywhere you walk very ghetto here and unsafe for little kids or anyone for that matter. They keep raising the rent this place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay to live in this trash. Simple as that don’t move here!!

Center Court is so bad because I seen roaches in the hallway with my siblings my my mom will usually be yelling at us to come but we be scared to go to her because you see me watching rats and some extra cats trying to look like it's going to eat us and it takes forever for the elevators take forever to come to my floor and the floors looks really old did the buildings and everything the playground is so bad for your kids you can easily get your feet dirty play with the colorful rocks on the ground and the stairway always stinks a lot of people be smoking that OMG plus the ground looks so sad and flowers add the pathway is so small my baby brother stroller can't even get on to it to make it worse I have to lift up the stroller

Apartment info says closing at 5pm. Me and my family went to the pool at 1pm and we were swimming and enjoying then a lady came. over and said we have to get out but its clearly open on Mon,Tues,Thurs,and Fri so I don't understand why we got kick out.

Center court is really beautiful I like it and also Chiva she’s the best and Elijah they know how to treat they customer and they really have give us a good service
