I spent 4 years in this residence where I felt really good... I moved because of my work but I never had any problems and the people at the office were always there to help me... a very pleasant and attentive team I thank them all for their professionalism and for making my 4 years peaceful… A big thank you ! 🌺

I highly recommend Villa Del Mar. I lived there for about two years and had a genuinely positive experience. My first apartment was an efficiency — very large and absolutely perfect for what I needed. My second was a one-bedroom, also surprisingly spacious. When I first inquired, I met with Nadine, who was amazing to work with. During the leasing process, Anai helped me as well, and she was always professional, friendly, and quick to assist. In my entire time living there, I never experienced any safety issues, and I never saw any police activity — which is a huge plus and honestly pretty rare. The apartments are older but solid. They’re not luxury, but for the price, safety, and location, you really can’t go wrong. Also, very diverse residents and family/elderly friendly.

Everything about these apartments exceeds my expectations. Maintenance is always quick to help. Laundry services are good, it feels like a community, there are food trucks every week where people come together. The only thing that doesn't is the state of the tennis courts, but there are many nearby so it is not an issue.

Honest Review of Villa del Mar Apartments; I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be shared. In September 2024, I signed a lease for a studio at Villa del Mar mainly because of the price and location. From the start, the office staff didn’t seem very friendly, but I brushed it off and appreciated how quick and easy the leasing process was. Move-in day came a month later, and things went downhill immediately. They never show you the actual unit you’ll be renting—just a “model”—which looked clean and fresh. But the unit I moved into smelled musty and mildewy. I also found several dead German cockroaches, and a large hole in the A/C handler area that I ended up sealing myself just to keep more pests out. I reported a raccoon in my wall seven days ago. I was immediately transferred to temporary housing so they could extract the raccoon and patch the wall. That was my impression of what was going to happen. That is not what happened at all. Someone advised the staff to drill tiny holes in the bottom of the wall to see if the animal was in there or not. After showing them multiple videos,Being able to hear, scratching and chattering from the raccoon over the period of seven days they still said there was no animal in my wall. they moved me back into my apartment from temporary housing with the raccoon still in my wall. I had to take matters into my own hands to get the raccoon out of the wall. Hopefully, now they will not only repair my wall, but find the hole in the attic or the roof so no m
