Eric spent a huge amount of time helping get the house ready to put on the market. He then was great in navigating some complicated buyers. It was an out of town transaction for me so it was extremely helpful to have a realator go the extra mile in helping get the house sold. I would recommend Eric to anyone who needs a realator.
