They did an amazing job on our custom lake house in Lake Mary. This is not a "cheap" budget builder. I wouldn't select them if your main focus is price. You go with these guys for quality, experience, and wow factor. They have a very solid process from start to finish. Not only does our house get tons of compliments, it is very functional and a great place to live. They took care of so much stuff we would never think of or know to ask for. This was our first custom home and they made the experience easy and transparent. They have also quickly taken care of any issues after we moved in and check in regularly. We're very thankful that we chose them for this build and we learned a lot.

Remodeling our house with Dave was a terrific experience, and we also learned a lot from working with the Konkol team. We selected Konkol Custom Homes after reading Dave's book (Building A Luxury Custom Home) and being very impressed with his renovation plan. Remodeling took a little over a year and went fairly smoothly. I think that the thing that really distinguishes Dave from other contractors is that he is an excellent communicator. He was quick to address any of our concerns and gave us constant updates on the project. After the house was completed, his team came back to touch up the house and address the small problems that were noticed after move on. I strongly recommend Konkol's team and would definitely use them if we renovated again.
