Villa Cordova Apartments

So glad I'll be moving out of here VERY soon. While living in these apartments I have had my car stolen, swat has paid us a visit at 12am-2am (one of the tenants had a warrent and wouldn't come out of his apartment, they took him out with a swat dog), there is a homeless encampment growing right outside the apartment, the trash cans are REGULARLY emptied by the homeless, and the children who are never supervised by their parents play outside till 9pm (they broke the nieghbors downstairs window) . Oh yeah and my next door neighbor (on the right of me) has had the cops over more than a couple times, she constantly fights with her relative. It is SCARY living here. And very uncomfortable.

WASTE OF TIME. As a prospective tenant, the management staff should've been friendly and helpful. Instead, all I got was attitude from the lady that works in the office. Over the phone, I made an appointment to tour the room I was interested in possibly renting. When I came to the office for the tour (again, I had set an appointment in advance), she asked when I was planning to move in. When I told her about a month from now but perhaps earlier, she shook her head and said the apartment was ready now and REFUSED to show us the room we wanted to see. I drove over an hour to see this apartment and she refused to even get up from her chair and show us. If it was so important that someone move in immediately, she should've told me that in advance when I scheduled the tour, NOT when I was stand

The actual complex looks fine but there are a lot of homeless, drug addicts, and gangster-ish looking individuals that live and hang around in the area. The 7/11 across the street always has tweakers hanging in the front and for whatever reason they like to walk in and out of the apartment complex. (most likely looking for something to steal.) It is not a very private place to live and the neighbors are not very friendly. I had my car stolen here recently from my designated parking spot. Also i had heard from the manager that someone had there gas cap stolen as well as their gas drained out in the parking lot a week before my car was stolen. Would have been nice if the owner gave everyone a fair warning. Cost of rent is too high for a complex that has no security or gates to protect the pe

Decent apartments as per cost. Try harder though, you may find a better match for same price in area surrounding El Monte. Despite of having more than 100s of apartments, it lacks many essential amenities like dedicated air conditioning for each room.

Whoever I just got off the phone with you know who you are , your very rude. As someone who was calling to give you the business of renting from the company you work for-your shouldn't be in the profession your in if your going to be rude to people calling for information. Such in a hurry to hang up. Hope your Day turns around for the best, glad I experienced the attitude prior to giving my business to the company your under.
