I've had a great experience with Ramona Property Managers from start to finish. The entire leasing process was easy, smooth, and very clear. Stephanie Cano was especially helpful, she answered all my questions, communicated quickly, and made everything simple. I really appreciate how organized and professional the team is. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Everyone at Ramona was great to work with but would like to give a big shout out to Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and accommodating from my first viewing of the home to the application process and ultimately through lease signing, picking up keys and initial inspections. She continuously updated me on the status of the process and was extremely professional and personable. While no fault of Stephanie (and she worked with me to accommodate the travel distance and my work schedule) I would suggest that Ramona Property Manager's re-visit some of their outdated procedures. For example, the applicant should have the ability to pay the $50 application fee on-line- or electronically over the phone. I would even go further and suggest that the company look at all
