Palm Villas Apartments

The place is roach and bed bugs infested and they will rent to anybody drugs infested lots of chaos. Nobody would call health dept for fear of eviction. Managers are very unprofessional they will tell you you brought the bed bugs to my daughter to urgent care ankles swollen due to bed bugs infestation. Never recommend this place to any one. Dangerous place to live and very unhealthy especially if u have a pre existing condition. Apts shoppers plz be aware.

I know that this place here was my very first apartment back in don't remember the year but the rent was only $500 had some roses but I love the place landlord name was Oscar in the maintenance man with some Macy peace and love..

Be mindful of parking. They don't care if you are a paycheck away from anything Expect no sympathy. Nice staff and everything. I just wish I was helped. I have to choose between rent and my car and life isnt fair, but it would be nice to be given a pass on the adulting stuff. My car was towed. I wasn't even issued a warning.

Much like some of the reviews here, this place has a roach & bed bugs problem.. the walls & ceilings are thin enough to hear your upstair neighbors' heavy footsteps & your next doors loud music & arguments.. the place has little to no management to take care of these problems, you can talk to the manager about it but she won't do anything about it.. i do not recommend living here. This place needs heavy fixing in all of its departments & an actual manager who actually manages, even the laundry rooms have constant out of order machines..

They have a huge ROACH problem and bed bugs. What ever spraying they do doesn't help makes it worse. They need that place shut down to be treated. The apartments also have leaky plumbing in the walls making the ceiling soggy. That is why they have so many roaches. Thank goodness I moved out. And when I did I had to throw everything away because it was infested. Huge WASTE of MONEY. Didn't get out security deposit back either. Scammy management!
