Best place to live. Small quiet community with all bills paid. Lynn is the sweetest and best apartment manager and her maintenance man Leon is top notch he gets things done and gets them done quickly. We love living here.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at the villa chateau apartments it’s been a great place to raise my 2 babies with a pool, playground, and friendly neighbors. Also Lynn is such a great manager she’s very friendly and always make sure any problems are fixed right away! Would recommend this place for anyone to live 😊

Lynn is a wonderful Property Manager! The place is always clean and they always have incentives! Work orders are done very quickly! Spacious 2 bedrooms! Nice pool and not loud. Neighbors are kind and courteous. Great place to live.

I love living here. Manager Lynn does such a good with everything. She definitely makes it fun for us. She makes it worth living here. Leon the maintenance is awesome and on top of everything. No bugs. No mice. If you have a maintenance issue they will come same day. Even after hours emergency he shows up so fast. They are pet friendly. All bills paid. All the kids play outside together. It's definitely home for me.

We have been very happy living here at Villa Chateau. Lynn and Leon really go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Whenever we put in maintenance requests; it always gets taken care of quickly. If you're looking for a safe and welcoming place to live in Victoria, I highly recommend Villa Chateau!
