Mosswood Apartments

Fantastic place to live. Zero bug issues and the complex was clean and organized. Management goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and is always quick to respond via phone call/ email. Maintenance is quick, reliable and follows through on their repairs/ adjustments. 10/10.

I just moved in here and I'm really enjoying it so far. The buildings are quiet, the outdoor facilities are nice, and the apartments themselves are in good condition. I especially appreciate how dog friendly the grounds seem to be. Also the maintenance team and everyone I have met in the office have been very nice and helpful. Even the few other residents I've encountered have been nice. I haven't had any issues thus far, and would definitely recommend Mosswood to anyone looking for a good-quality apartment at a decent price.

We loved it here! The management was very responsive and friendly. We often worked with Tiffany and she was very understanding and helpful. They communicated well through email. As a college student, they worked with me to get my first apartment and it was great! The apartments are recently renovated and beautiful.

Very nice place to live. Friendly staff. Lot's of fun things like door contest. Taco mornings and donuts. Rootbeer Floats. So they think about the people living there. There is plenty of parking and they just painted the apartments and redid the patio's. Quiet and pet friendly. Come join us.

Staff and maintenance are great, even the answering service when they aren’t in is always helpful. Most importantly great rent rates for the updated amenities in the apartments. And these are beautiful inside with cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, faux wood flooring, led kitchen lights, deep basin sink and usb outlets throughout. It’s the whole package without spending a mortgage payment. Pet friendly, and the free YMCA membership is the cherry on top. I recommend getting a ring camera if you plan on staying just to watch over your car and to know when we get a warning for flash flooding, although rare, you should take it seriously as some of the parking here can flood pretty fast. Overall I’d say this is one of the best places in Victoria to call home for the price, amenities and g
