Dirty and pool is closed for months now. Garages are broken, definitely needing some attention in the common areas. Hopefully someone does something… Gym machines partially working for years now.. overall not good.
The apartments are nice and very spacious!!! The workers in the leasing office and front desk are very unprofessional and have no good customer service, then when you schedule for maintenance in the APP they dont get back to you at all and some of the maintenance people are rude!!! I had a bad experience, will not be back!!! Apartments are nice but be aware of who's running the leasing office!
I had a scheduled apartment tour on February 7th, Saturday at 10:30, but no one showed up. The leasing office was closed when I arrived, and I waited for about an hour with no communication or notice that my appointment had been canceled or rescheduled. I’ve tried to call multiple times after leaving hoping they’ll reach out to me, which no one did. This was really disappointing and a waste of time, especially since I planned my schedule around the tour & live 30 mins from town. It was highly unprofessional and gave me all that I needed to know about this place. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend scheduling tours here unless they improve their professionalism and follow-through.
If you’re looking for a place to live I HIGHLY dont recommend moving here. They have roaches, the pool has been closed all summer, maintenance is extremely slow it took them 2 months to come out and fix my dryer and now it’s creeping up on month 3 of my washer being broken and someone has yet to come out even after numerous calls. They have no problem wanting to try to add on “lease violations” but refuse to actually fix anything around the property.
I love the very friendly community and the feeling of safety! Love the staff there as well. They were so helpful when I first moved in and were very welcoming! The setup of the complex is nice and I love the pool and gym! Everything else along with that is what won me over to Oak Forest!
