This place gets you in at a low rate then increases rent by $150 + every year. There have been neighbors who have shared cases of vandalizum of people RVs, break into cars. The inside of the apartments are old and not updated for the current price of ($2,100 -$2,400) these units have multiple families living in them (8 plus people in one unit) this is a fact cause my kid has told me who is friends with some of those families. There is never any parking for visitors. There is a party room but there is no parking for guest, they have to park behind kmart or cvs (they should leave parking for party’s at least along side the managers office.
