Appraiser Mike

Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and an expert in his field and truly knows the Ventura County market. As a local Realtor, I truly value his clear explanations and professionalism. Michael and I had an appointment to appraise my house in Ventura on October 3, 2025 at 11am. I called him at 11:24am to see what was happening. He told me that he was in Santa Paula. I asked him why he didn't communicate that he was going to be late and he stated that his office had covid and that he thought our appointment was the following week.

Michael was very professional and more than prompt with our request to obtain an appraisal with a detailed report within a short time period. After having knowledge of him having his office and living within Ventura County, we knew he would give us a fair evaluation of the property.

Mike is great to work with and I’ve had several opportunities to do so. He is efficient with excellent communication skills and his appraised values are backed up with solid data.

Mike did the appraisal for a home that I sold in October. He was on time, professional and great to work with. As real estate agents, we do not get to choose the appraiser --- who we work with is a surprise every time. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and I hope we get to work together again!
