In 2025 early December I had some urgent needs concerning my home deposit. A friend and co renter had to move to Houston Texas to care for his elderly parents. I devised a separation and split plan to cover his deposit and hurriedly requested an official buy out of my friends deposit. I must mention this dear friend had also just retired from his job after 46 years service and because of Our Federal gvmnt shut down was yet to receive any of his retirement money. Which made this buy out a very critical operation that needed to be done as soon as possible. I gave CPM the request and some back round info and the whole thing was complete in less than 3 days.
