This “apartment” building has not gone through the proper procedures and inspections to legally be inhabited. There are mice, a terribly unmaintained driveway and yard.. hot water goes out frequently, the apartments have a terrible layout and are not fire- safe. The rental managers/ “landlords” are out of touch and far away. Do not recommend living here unless you are desperate.
