Creekside Apartments

I encouraged my daughter to live here because it is cheaper and I had another daughter that had a good experience there. I have realized I was wrong. It has good people that live there, probably because they are more down to earth, paying their own way, hence living in cheaper apartments. The problem is that the conditions are terrible. The amount of problems my daughter had was ridiculous. They obviously take extreme shortcuts in every way possible. This all is justified by the cheaper price. The problem is there was a flood in my daughters apartment and management did nothing. There is now mold in her apartment and they say, well we had someone check it out and it is fine. She dealt with everything herself with the flood, lost a lot of her belongings and was dealing with cleanup for days

It is a nice place for snow college students to stay at a cheaper price.

I lived here for a year and a half. It is a really cheap, great apartment for any student attending Snow College. I would reccomend it any day. They have either girls or guys apartments, two fridges, and you have 6 roommates per appartment. I loved it. The landlady is also very nice and works with you if you have any problems

Great place to live for an affordable price! Stacy is so great! Never had to worry if something wasn't working right. Someone would be there to check it out that same day! I have stayed at other places in Ephraim, but this is by far my favorite place.

Lived here for a few months and loved it. Rent is the most affordable I've ever had and the space is very well used. Stacy is easy to work with and the location is great for students.
