Villa Amador Apartments

Not the best place to live. When I moved in it was roaches that were dead on the side boarders of my walling baseboard. I also had carpet that was never changed out. They didn’t replace my oven and when I located the back of my oven after pulling it out it was so much dried up food, roaches, & oily stuff on the walling & floor, that I had to clean myself. My unit wasn’t the best moving in. Blinds were yellow as if whomever lived in the unit before me was a smoker. The person before me left things in kitchen cabinets. Roaches constantly come through my door. I randomly see them in my living room & they make it all the way to my bathroom. I’ve had mold exposure, me and my three children, water intrusions coming through my bathroom fan, HVAC SYSTEM, & a pipe in my bathroom. They’ve tried sev

Pretty quiet place. The apartments are great and you don’t hear about crimes happening here
