The Team of Berkshire worked together with my Broker Nannatte Chapman to make the buying process a successful one despite the Seller's broker who called my list of things to fix and repair a Laundry list. The Seller's Broker that we dealt with travelled to Minnesota couple of days before close of escrow- who does that? I say without Nannette 's due diligence, professionalism, kindness, prompt coordination and communication we could have not succeeded in closing escrow. Thank God, escrow closed in 28 days.
