We chose Best Property Management because of Reese, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. He worked tirelessly to get us into our new rental home just days after our initial viewing. From the start, he took the time to understand our needs, responded promptly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His reliability and follow-through were invaluable during the stressful time of moving—especially since we were relocating to the U.S. and needed a home quickly. Starla is a wonderful property manager. She is professional, friendly, courteous, and always there when I need her. She communicates well with contractors and tenants. She has helped me through some very difficult situations, and has a manager and office staff to back her up. Her company has an excellent web portal for managing all business. Reese with Best Property Management worked remarkably hard to get us into our new rental property in just 1 week. He listened to our needs, responded quickly and communicated through the whole process. He came through with his commitments which is extremely important during the stressful time of moving. My wife and I moved to Brentwood short notice due to my job. When we downloaded Zillow we were searching for anything and everything, but it just wasn't perfect or the homes were already closed on. Fast-forward to our last stop.🛑 Out of options and frustrated, we contacted Best Property Management and spoke with Brendan Reese. I will say that I am not the person who would give out a 5 star review to any person or business, but I have to give credit where it's due. Brendan Reese went out of his way to make sure my wife and I found the home that was best for us. He put us in contact with all the appropriate points of contact to make our move as smooth as possible. I had a really frustrating experience with Lindsey Kearney. When I moved out, I expected to be charged for cleaning, which seemed fair enough. But when I got the receipt, it was from a company called Luxe Residential. That struck me as odd, so I did a quick Google search and found out that the company is actually owned by Lindsey Kearney herself. It just doesn’t sit right with me that a property manager can take money out of a tenant’s security deposit and funnel it into their own business. That feels like a huge conflict of interest and honestly really unfair. I intend to report Lindsey Kearney to the Department of Real Estate for unethical behavior, and I hope they review the matter seriously and consider revoking her license.
