We selected Views & Vines Homes to build our lakeside cottage on Keuka Lake and we are so glad that we did! From the tear-down of the old structure & major excavation of the lot, to the build of the new structure - it was a very well-organized & well-communicated project, and most importantly, the build quality is exceptional. I had a phenomenal experience working with the amazing team at Views & Vines Homes. As the designer of this new build, this was my first (but hopefully not my last) time collaborating with them. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, great problem-solvers, and so organized. They brought the design to life, and I couldn't be happier!

I can't speak highly enough of Chris & his team. As first time homebuilders, we were nervous about the process. The team at Views & Vines always went above and beyond, communicated well, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. And of course... the house is BEAUTIFUL from the top down.

We are thrilled with our newly enlarged home. They made it fit visually and structurally with the original house. Despite the pandemic, lousy fall weather, supply line holdups and damaged deliveries they gave us a terrific job.... and came in at the projected price (plus our last minute additions). This was our first experience building a new home and Chris was very patient, walking us through each and every step and answering the million questions we would always have. Chris was heavily involved with each step from the very beginning; advising us on architects, design aspects, optimizing the size of the lot with house/driveway placement.
