I have used Dale Lane at Keuka Lake & Land Realty for the purchase of two properties on Keuka Lake over the past two years. Everything about his work was exceptional. I couldn't recommend anyone less than Amy Parmalee as a realtor. Her extreme lack of knowledge and over all complete incompetence and mishandling of information held up the sale of my home along with costing me several thousand dollars more than it should have cost with her poor advice and zero communication. If I didn't reach out to Dale Lane I honestly don't think the house would have sold at all.
