Martin's Construction

We eventually contracted with Martin Construction because of recommendations of, now 4th generation, family friends who recommended Vernon’s company to us. The key differences between their approach and others that we considered is their vision and flexibility during the construction process. Blueprints do NOT always turn out the way we envision as construction proceeds. Vernon was always open to modifications ( no “Change Orders” required). He suggested so many wonderful changes that we had not thought of. Our 4th generation is LOVING the “catwalk” and so many of the other modifications that were all post-architectural plans.
