Viewfinder Apartments

My life has been a whirlwind of events, and moving here marked a fresh start for me. From the beginning, the apartment manager has been exceptionally compassionate. He went out of his way to understand my situation, specifically with my car which had out-of-state plates. He allowed me the time I needed to get the title and registration completed without the stress or cost of it being towed. That single act of kindness provided the stability I needed to get settled. I am very grateful and highly recommend this community.

No place is perfect. However, Mark, Angelo and Gary make living here worthwhile. This is the first place I've had on my own and with my children. So, that's the main reason I'm grateful for this place. I do love my apartment. Its super spacious and Gary is always super responsive and attentive whenever I need something taken care of, as far as maintenance goes. Super grateful for him. He's the sweetest. There have been some issues in and around the building, but Mark does a very good of holding down the place. Anytime I've ever had an issue, as far as grievances or concerns... he always handles it right then, and there. This place has significantly improved since he's been here. Rent controlled housing can be a mess in regard to who gets to be one's neighbor. The crew at Viewfinder do as much as they can to help tenants when issues arrive. My only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because people keep getting let in that pose a threat to our building and renters, especially the kids. I think stricter measures should be taken when considering who the building rents to, although I do acknowledge that it may be difficult to do so. The crew does work at trying to solve issues in a quick and thorough manner.

I recently took a tour of the apartments here and I thought they were very lovely. They are an adequate size for the type of building it is in. There’s a Costco and Walmart and a few places to eat nearby. The On ramp to the highway isn’t that far away either, So it’s easy to get to other parts of the city without having to wait in traffic. While I waited to go on tour, the people that lived here walking by me seem pretty friendly and nice. Some even said hi or waved. While I was on my tour, I noticed that the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know a lot of this type of work but seems scary to me.

This new insightful Management expert , Mark is intelligent, efficient, and personable. I will recommend renting here. I don't want to absolutely squirt praise all over guardian for hiring this guy or they'll change him out for an example of the incompetence of the past. Viewfinder is nice now, with the removal of the massive squatters camp next door ,simple amenities, like increased hours of access to the bike and laundry rooms have been implemented, as well cordial and upbeat persons in the office have changed the environment in a noticeable positive way.
