Royal Oaks Apartments

I am so grateful to Royal Oaks apts what a wonderful and friendly place to live, I rented here for 3 yrs. When I moved in we got a new manager Matt he was great strict but a great manager I was sad to see him go. Then Matt left and Natasha came IDK why but I thought ugh another new manager but Natasha you were wonderful. She made my move out easy and flexible and worked with me on changing my move out date. Natasha thanks you for your kindness and for listening and working with me. Couple my friends were worried about Natasha I told them she is wonderful I think she fit right in and is doing a great job. Thank you Justin Maintaince for being johnny on the spot and fixing all my requests. This is a wonderful place to live me and my doggies loved it, we needed a bigger place just to small. A

I have lived at Royal Oaks for 4 years. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of trees, flowers and plants. There is even a lilly pond next to the pool, that is well maintained and clean. Its well lit at night with plenty of parking. There is a onsite manager as well Natasha that is friendly and helpful with questions or concerns. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and repaired properly. It's been a lovely place to call home.❤️ I highly recommend.

The new manager Natasha is very kind and friendly. Very happy to have her here! I love the location and you can't beat the pool in the hot Summer months!

My experience at this place was unpleasant since there were mosquitoes coming out of the sinks, mold and the unpleasant smell of mold all the time ... the utilities were through the roof, they charged me $ 400 dollars in utilities that according to them they had not charged, gosh, the only good thing about that time was Justin from maintenance always kind and doing his job quickly when I had problems with my apt, since week one I had problems with the ceiling of my bathroom and I had water leaks that fell on my mattress, dirty and stinky water ... if I could give zero stars I would ... until now I am still waiting for my deposit and they only give me the runaround !! I have called and visited the office (always closed) and sent emails to find out about my deposit and they only give me the

Lived here for over 2 years no problems. Management is quick to fix any issue.Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Seasonal pool is a good size and never busy! Only thing I could complain about is that i don't have a fireplace. Some units do and others don't. Would recommend this complex.
