The building is beautifully designed with high-end, intentional details that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. I’ve been renting an office here since it opened, and it’s been an exceptional experience. The landlord is incredibly responsive, compassionate, and attentive-any requests or questions are always handled quickly and professionally. You can tell a lot of care and passion has gone into not only the building itself but also into creating a supportive and well-maintained environment for tenants. It’s a great place to call home and I’m truly grateful to be part of the Boardwalk Place community.

This apartment complex was obviously made with detail in mind. It is one of the nicest and most well built apartments I've lived in so far. The soundproofing, while not magical, is substantial in keeping most sound out. The owner is quick to respond to our requests and thus far has dealt with or tried to fix whatever we ask for. It seems like he is taking care of the building and does want the best for the tenants, as compared to many other complexes I've lived in.

From first contact with the owners and property management to moving in, the process of renting the fully furnished apartment (which I was able to rent short term while my house was being remodeled) was so easy and wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and worth every penny. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Boardwalk place is a gem. Management is responsive and available and the property is extremely well maintained and the highest quality I found in the area. The location is perfectly central to Portland and its suburbs. It is the best value for the dollar I have found and I looked for a long time.
