I am sharing my experience with the management of this establishment to warn others. Their practices seem unprofessional and unethical, lacking transparency and consideration. Before moving in, I recommend reading all available reviews, which are based on actual experiences. I moved into this apartment with a good credit history but ended up with a poor credit score. It appears that $15,000 was added to my rental history without my knowledge or consent. The apartment shown to me was different from the one provided, and almost everything was broken. On the day I moved in, the toilet and shower were not functioning, and I encountered bedbugs, roaches, and rats. My children were frightened, leading me to terminate the lease. I am truly disappointed it’s always dirty outside and they have a roach infestation… and I was not told anything I found out by myself the 2nd night on my apartment when I turned on the light there was a bunch of them everywhere . YES the apartment is full of cockroaches baby ones and big ones, no matter how much I spray or try to kill them they don’t stop showing up. My neighbor have the same problem. I deep clean my apartment everyday and it doesn't stop them even found one on my newborn crib when it’s the most cleanest furniture… if that wasn’t enough there is a bunch of mold everywhere The carpet looks old it’s ripped on 2 spots looks like it was not changed ?! and some cabinets don’t close all the way. These are by far, the worst apartments have ever lived in the day I moved in nothing in my apartment worked everything smelled like mold my water was leaking due to me moving out. My apartment was broken into by somebody who works at the apartment complex. They are all very unprofessional and rude. Don’t move here because the maintenance man will steal from you and the office is in on it when you pass by here, just keep driving. Don’t look to move here because. They don’t care about their tenants

View at the Lake Apartments is managed by a team of professional staff,very supportive in offering solutions to any concerns/challenges that tenants face.From a personal experience,in the recent past;power went off in my Apartment. When I requested maintenance;the maintenance crew led by a great gentleman named Juan,swiftly came in,fixed the power issue but unfortunately,the oven and heater stopped working when the power came back.When I raised the issue via their management app;the maintenance crew ;as usual;swiftly came back;assessed oven and heater issue .Within the shortest period;they replaced the malfunctioning oven with a new;excellent model and fixed the heater .I like the security in the area and the courteous manner in which the entire management team communicates to tenants.Not
