Victoria Trails Apartments

Victoria Trails is now under new ownership and management, which also brings new office staff and maintenance. We are excited for this new chapter and are committed to getting the property back in order while making Victoria Trails a place our residents are proud to call home. These apartments maintenance is poor. The ladies that runs the apartments are rude. Mom's been here a whole month and there's water leak from the roof when it rains in the bathtub. I truly believe it has been raining in the second room. The second room was not painted and you can see the water stains. This isnt the only apartment that is having the same issues. I feel that the manager isnt taking care of the property as they should.

My client lives here and the management does nothing to make this place better. Roach infested. They spray but they never go away. They desperately need renovation.

I walked in talked to Kim she’s a very very sweet lady good and clear communication, and professional, respectful treatment. Maintenance is very good as well make sure everything is fixed in apartment on same day .
