Well I just spent a really informative hour on the phone Discussing the future sale of my property in East Hampton Connecticut. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the Ease of the process and Victor's knowledge of the land in question and what he doesn't know he plans on finding out about soon. His willingness to do his do diligence . His confidence and his ease of making you feel like he has got this is especially comforting .We will be writing up the contract in the next few weeks with an informed suggestion of pricing.
