Mike Parelli is absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond what we would ever expect from a realtor. He always got back to us right away when we had questions or concerns. He was full of creative ideas on how to list our home and drew so much attention on social media with videos and photos. Mike took his time to make sure we were priced competitively and always made sure we were looped in on feedback. He is organized and so well-versed with all that Greenwich has to offer, which we felt was a huge benefit. Our house sold quickly and at the price point we were hoping for. If you want a realtor who you will instantly feel at ease with and quite truthfully, feel like part of the family by the end, Mike is your guy.

We hired Mike to sell our home over some much more experienced and established realtors and it was one of our better decisions. Mike was on it from the start.. While I know he had other buyers and sellers he was working with, we felt as if we were his sole customer. He was proactive with all of the showings, kept us up to date daily, honest and accurate about pricing and potential buyers, and knowledgable about the market. In the end, we got our price and Mike made the entire process pretty seamless. I couldn't recommend Mike more highly.

Mike Parelli is truly exceptional. I met him at a home buying seminar that was focused on the Stamford CT area. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in Stamford Area and I’m so thankful I did. Mike was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible.
