Five stars doesn’t seem like enough for the work Claudia did to sell our family home. This was the house that our parents bought almost 60 years ago, the house we grew up in and spent every holiday in. The house that holds almost all of our family memories. Claudia was so sensitive to all of that, and was determined that things go smoothly and quickly. She asked lots of questions, gave us her recommendations , coordinated so many services we needed and went above and beyond in all respects. She listed the house on a Friday, held Open Houses on Saturday and Sunday, and we had multiple offers the next week. We closed significantly above asking price in a matter of weeks. Claudia was always available to answer a question and kept us informed about everything. I would never use anyone else.
