Vibe Apartments

I have had many headaches from dealing with the leasing office. The leasing office is unorganized, hard to reach as they use an AI phone tool for incoming phone calls, unreliable, and unresponsive. They often give mixed and conflicting answers. Before I moved in, I had to sign three different leases. The first for the original unit I was moving into, the second for a different unit as the original unit was not going to be ready, and a third as there were mistakes on the second lease that I caught in time. I had to fight to receive my free month rent concession and finally received it only after many phone calls, in person visits, and assurances that they would get it sorted. This resulted in me paying fees to set up electric for a unit I did not live in. Moving out has been a nightmare.

I've lived here from March 2019-November 2021. I've never had any issues with the apartment (Building M) that I've rented nor with the leasing office. One thing I'd add the parking spots get taken quickly if you come home late at night, other than that, apartment was renovated and carpet was changed. Prices did go up but not by much. At the time when I rented it was a bit over $1,500 for a 2 bedroom, which isn't bad at all.

this is probably the worst apartment complex i've ever lived at. the office is incredibly hard to reach. no one is consistent with the phone numbers to call. the apartment property manager gave me her direct line, and when i called it, it was an internet company. they're completely unprofessional and are only cordial when trying to seal the deal on something. there was an insane amount of noise at night past 11pm and when I reported it, nothing was ever done. a simple email to everyone "hey these are our quiet hours" but nothing was ever enforced. one time, someone driving from the policy came into the apartment complex and was speeding through. the process on moving out was even more difficult than moving in. they mixed up my move out date and tried to schedule a walk through before i w

If I could rate them 0 stars I would . By far the worst complex I’ve ever worked with . Chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional, lack of respect. Management has attitudes constantly && aren’t apologetic when they’re wrong . Got approved, then got denied, was sent 2 different leases. They canceled my application. Sent it to another apartment complex without my permission! Gave my apartment away despite me already getting renters insurance n switching my pse over etc they’re hard to get in contact with . It’s just a circus & I hope they get shut down or get better management and go through proper training to deal with people. My husband and I have had multiple issues living here. This is not a place you want to call home for long. For anyone moving to the area who may not have the ability to explore and find quality apt complexes, this is not the place. Look elsewhere. First- Lack of communication. The only place that seems to garner any attention is through Google Reviews. For example, someone bulldozed into the corner pilar that held up the carport where we rent a space. It was blocked off with caution tape and completely unusable for multiple weeks. Mind you this a parking space WE PAY FOR. Management failed to email or call us regarding the issue and what to expect regarding a timeline for repairs.
