Via Apartments

One of the best apartments I have lived at! Move in experience was great and it really felt like the staff cared. Maintenance team was great, and always super friendly, hardly ever had any issues with my apartment. While I moved in when these were brand new, they were built with quality and the kitchen was spacious. More than what I needed especially for being a single guy. Amenities were the best, gym was always clean, pool and grills were fantastic. The community itself was kept clean and well maintained. If I could have found an apartment exactly like these to where I moved to I would’ve moved to it in a heartbeat! This place deserves more than 5 stars!

Living at Via Apartments has been a great experience. The community is friendly, calm, and very well maintained. The customer service is always excellent, the office staff is helpful, professional, and they make everything easy. The maintenance team is also great. They respond fast, fix things properly, and really make sure everything gets taken care of quickly. I also enjoy the activities they organize for residents. They’re fun, well-planned, and make the community feel even more connected. Overall, I truly recommend Via Apartments. It’s been a positive place to live and I’ve had a really good experience here.

I lived in the apartment about a year and a half. Samantha C. is wonderful and the staff there is very helpful. Neighbors were very thoughtful and quiet. It is a great place to live! -Justin

I lived there for a year, and I loved it. The pool was always clean, the gym had everything you need, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help. I was happy there. The apartment was all new and very comfortable.

I did not have the best experiences in these apartments, Via apartments. When I moved in hardly anything was completed. The pool and the hot tub were not done. It was many things in the apartment itself. Moldings flooring was not done right. Looked very rushed. Outside light was not completed. I also got kicked out of the pool and the hot tub because I was told my 2-year-old had an accident in the pool. No warning or anything. Then I got a notice of eviction because of the same incident. Management didn't have the decency to come to me themselves. They sent their two maintenance people to tell me. Garbage disposal went out the washer and dryer hookups had issues. All in all I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. Very poor management.
