My mother lived at "Cove" For years. She loved it and was well taken care of. The people that work there took such good care of her. Now my brother lives there, there have been a lot of changes. The one constant is that they take care of their people. This is largely done by the manager. Anita. She has been wonderful to help my brother to have a happy life there. Which would not be the case in many places. We appreciate her so much for it. The cottonwood Cove, a good place to live

Great place to live , grandma moved in a few months ago, they are kind caring and all around good company . Apartment is the perfect size ! Lots of activities, friendly staff and residents. Bonus coffee in the morning if you’re a chatty Cathy you can get to know your neighbor. ( gramz likes that !) very pleased 😃

I would like to commend the manager Anita for her outstanding support of the residents and her unfailing stewardship of the property. My sister recently moved into a most spacious studio apartment and was helped tremendusly. The apartments are well-kept and comfortable. Thank you!

I wanted to like it here due to the photos on their website, but in reality, all appliances, cabinets, carpeting is all very old and dreary looking. I don’t like the fact you have to walk inside and down a long, dark hallway to get to your apt. However, the manager, Anita was very nice.
